I worked at Quartics full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Fresh work. Diversified. Got to work on many different technologies and different areas of the development cycle. Its a nice place to work at. A usual startup environment
Cons – Just like any other startup, there is some what haphazardness in the flow. Since startups usually are in the start of their company cycle, the systems are not as well defined. This gives you the opportunity to develop your system deployment skills
Advice to Senior Management – Truly a great job

I have been working at Quartics
Pros – A fun bunch of co-workers.
Good technology.
Helpful team mates.
Team leaders were flexible about work times and leaves.
Cons – Parity in pay was not maintained.
Severe lack of morale building effort.
Finances were managed terribly.
Yes men treated like kings.
Sincere employees not rewarded sufficiently.
Some engineers got away with no useful input.
Advice to Senior Management – Maintain pay parity and reward hard working engineers consistently and constantly. Yes men and lethargic engineers should be pruned to prevent flagging of spirits among sincere employees.
