    I worked at Quebecor

    Pros

Everyone had a good ride and if you have connections you're stil riding high at Quad. Most employees certainly paid well. benefits good.

    Cons

I've saw a lot of people look elsewhere for opportunity. World's largest print company from Canada being bought out by a family owned US company. Too many investments, I think.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I believe the whole industry was declining and management didn't do enough to make a difference. Losing huge accounts to smaller local based companies was just horrible to watch.

    I worked at Quebecor

    Pros

Fair amount of autonomy if you have a creative job, little autonomy and lots of "this is how to do it" if you don't

    Cons

Little cohesiveness between facilities and divisions, staff at corporate office seemed to go out of their way to make tasks difficult and would not take suggestions to streamline and increase efficiencies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company has been sold to another firm - hopefully this will help.
