    Treat perm staff very well in terms of holiday, pay etc

    Cons

    Do not treat contractors well, high staff turnover, sexist environment

    Advice to Management

    Respect for women and contractors is important as well

    There are no positive things to say

    Cons

    Low educated Faculty, low level management, literally no good experiences there. Not a good location to be a student at either.

    Advice to Management

    Lots of things need to be changed and bureaucracy needs to become way lesser.

    Pros

    friendly colleagues, great location close to Newcastle city centre, lots of good facilities, supportive administrative staff, definitely a good place to work

    Cons

    salaries are low (as they are across the whole of academia), no job security as a research asisstant, no other cons
