    Pros

The best reasons to work here is that you get to work closely with children grades K-5 with and influence in shaping their future. We teach them values as well as educational activities. We have incorporated Homework help, STEM, and physical activities that aids their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

    Cons

There is no opportunity for growth, and also understaffed.

    Advice to Management

More hours of work time, and more opportunity for moving up the career ladder.

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, caring employees, mission of organization

    Cons

Many of the employees seem complacent, tired and uninspired. A lot of talk from people and little action. No salary increases.

    Advice to Management

You need to do a better job of overseeing the supervisors of your departments because a lot of them are not getting the job done but still getting a paycheck.
