    Upper management is out of touch with what is happening with line staff. Uncertainty of whether I would get paid. No raises

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule, caring employees, mission of organization

    Cons

    Many of the employees seem complacent, tired and uninspired. A lot of talk from people and little action. No salary increases.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to do a better job of overseeing the supervisors of your departments because a lot of them are not getting the job done but still getting a paycheck.
