    Pros

Clients were great to work with

    Cons

Discrimination-age,wage,gender continues. I left Quest for similar position with another lab and couldn't be happier-much better wages and benefits but most important is coworker mutual respect and awesome management

    Advice to Management

Get some training in how to handle employees' concerns when they beg for help; be careful when making fun of your employees, they always find out. If you are a manager, Manage! That's your job; if you cannot, find someone who can.

    Pros

The early morning commute to Valencia is ideal. No traffic.

    Cons

Management is horrible. No room for growth. Everyone there is on the older side.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees. To increase productivity, you ought to increase pay.

    Pros

The people I worked with were amazing. We helped each other and could depend on each other.
If you were at the job for many years the paid time off was great! The medical was starting to lose its appeal.

    Cons

I tried my best to get a transfer using their "Recruiting" staff. But found out that they don't help you much at all. They don't care if you can get a job or not. This company used to care about their employees and patients. But, at this point it is all about money to be saved.

    Advice to Management

Since you are looking to shrink down the Denver Unit, don't just help people move to Lenexa, KS. you should really help people when they want to move to other states as well.

    * No supervision, and if you mess up don't worry they don't care
*If your not a people person don't worry they don't hire you based on customer service quality they hire you based on how much you can save the company with their mediocre salary

    Cons

    *No advancement opportunities
*Managers will cover for supervisors so if you have a complaint get over it nothing will be done
*human resources is not on your side
*patients are not their priority, wait times and money is
*be ready to give up all of your weekends
*you will never get vacation so don't even plan it
    *your schedule will change
*be ready to be float and fill in
    *No advancement opportunities
*You are evaluated on a group basis not an individual performance
*Raises are about 20 cents a year if the supervisor likes you if not 10 cents
*Be ready to be a plumber, maintenance worker, a float,
*You work will never be appreciated
*Understaffed all the time, so please have in mind that you will have to work to fill in the 2 or 3 people that might be on FMLA or on vacation

    Advice to Management

Please read my Cons and try to correct them for the sake of your current and future employees. I am surprised that it does not bother you guys how many employees come and go on a consistent basis.

    Pros

Good benefits is the only good thing they have going. Parking was good. The offices were clean and we'll maintained.

    Cons

One of the worst places to work management all need to get training on how to properly deal and address their employees. I hated it there. One of the worse jobs I ever had. Disorganized very disruptive

    Advice to Management

Send all of your management to charm school so they know how to effectively communicate with their staff.
