    Pros

    The people! they care about you and your situation. they want you to grow and challenge yourself and support you on this path.

    Cons

    Minimal communication about change with key team members. In order to expand, share the plan so everyone is on the same page.

    Advice to Management

    Stay consistent with reviews and salary increases. Offer career planning resources for young employees.

    Pros

    For the most part they do understand the balance necessary between home and work. They are all family people so they usually are accomidating.

    Cons

    Lack of communication from management regarding priorities, changes to coprorate policy, managing of clients and an overall lacl of promoting the Human resources within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Be open and direct with employees at all times. We hate surprises. If there is a change to policy, if there is an HR issue tell us up front

    Pros

    Interesting, a lot of different things to do The company is still growing and you get to work with high profile companies You are able to build relationships with Microsoft corporate

    Cons

    The management are very, very demanding and sometimes have trouble communicating with employees Salary and bonuses are things that must be fought for instead of given for valuable performance
