I worked at QuickArrow full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

It was a very good place to work with a very good culture. There were some rough patches, but over all, one of the best jobs I ever had. At the end, it seemed like we were really firing on all cylinders, just to be acquired by Netsuite and dismantled.

    Cons

Like all start-ups, there were difficult spots. Before we managed to really get the agile dev process going, we had a hard time delivering the goods.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It was a good management team.

    Pros

The People. I believe that you should love what you do and a huge part of that is the people you interact with day-to-day. Quickarrow had some of the best people working for them, both professionally as well as personally. Strong connections were made and there was a great feeling of family
The Culture. Again this comes back to the people but the company culture was great.

    Cons

They don't exist anymore. Quickarrow was purchased and is now part of a larger company. I can't comment on the new company but the original was awesome.

    I worked at QuickArrow

    Pros

Great atmosphere amongst peers, very dedicated to each other and loyal company. Good Pay and decent time off. Fun environment and decent product.

    Cons

leadership was not committed to making the product what it could have been. several departments didn't have proper guidance and were not allowed to grow within the department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open the door more often and let your employees come in and learn from you and you can learn from them.
