    Pros

Fun work environment, generally happy employees around you with great intangibles for you to benefit from.

    Cons

What they give to you in intangibles you don't see in your salary as an intern or a full-time employee. Penny pinching through and through.

    Pros

Great company to work for. The atmosphere is one in which you will enjoy going to work everyday and helps the time go by quickly.

    Cons

No work-life balance at all. You are expected to work obscene amount of hours and they have little care about your personal life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is great, however, they need to realize in order to sustain more employees, you will need to have a better work/life balance.

I worked at Quicken Loans full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Income can easily reach six figures
    Excellent benefit package
    Good work environment
Top notch facilities, and numerous amenities

    Cons

55 hours expected, at a minimum (realistically 60-70)
Sometimes there's too much commotion, making it difficult to focus
    No transparency with upper management
Though you may have time paid time off, using it may affect your ranking in the company, thus affecting income

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't use the same sales tactics on your employees that you use on your employees, and just don't work your employees to the point of exhaustion. They'll be more productive in the long run if they're healthy and happy, both mentally and physically.

I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I like working here. The benefits are great and it pays well enough for the level of work I am expected to know and do. No production bonus, but they do have a yearly merit bonus. Fun environment to be in. The Escrow Account Administration team just won the JD Power award for being the best escrow account management team in the loan servicing industry. Pretty standard working hours, 9-6. No weekends. Everyone on the 70+ person Escrow Team seems to know everyone. There is a moderately highly turn over rate on this team, but not because it is a bad team to work on. The turn over rate is because people generally use this team as a launching point into other more 'prestigious' and higher paying jobs at QL because it is easy to get noticed one this team. It has a lot of visibility to other teams. So in conclusion, I would not want to stay on this team for several years, but its a great place to meet some good people and get noticed.

Plus, if you ever want to own a house and have an escrow account, being on this team will provide a lot of knowledge on how the process works.

    Cons

Not too much to say here. Everyone wishes they got paid more. Everyone wishes they had a cooler sounding job title. Everyone wishes they had things other people had. And everyone wishes they had those things yesterday. My advice to that? Keep quiet, work hard, learn as much as you can about your job, and it will happen. This team is a great place to do all of that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This part does not matter, it makes no difference. Work hard and good things will happen.

    Pros

There is so much to learn about this company. Interning at this place was one of the best ideas I ever made. You can build your skills in customer service, IT, mortgage banking, marketing, and much more!

    Cons

Don't see any cons on this place.

I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

My opinions about daily matters and long term projects matter here. My efforts are appreciated, valued, and rewarded. I feel a great sense of family amongst my immediate and extended team members, and that family is constantly growing.

It's a pleasure to take part in the revitalization of this great American city. All you do can so vividly be seen and felt, in the best way possible.

    Cons

High profile, high noise positions can be stressful, but that doesn't mean they aren't fulfilling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great work. Even more amazing things are on the horizon.
