Pros
The company is a great job! It is certainly better than NO job when you consider the Great Recession that the United States is currently in. I like the fact that I can work as long as I wish on days that I'm scheduled to drive. Plus, I get to drive a lot of different vehicles. You learn something "new" from each vehicle that you drive. From how certain vehicles handle in extreme weather conditions to what type of vehicles is best for certain locations. I especially like the fact that this company provides vehicles for me.
Cons
You get paid a commission, or percentage, of the delivery charge for each delivery that you complete. This means that you can have some good days, some bad days, and some so-so days. You can try your best to improve your earnings and not much will change. The job pays close to minimum wage with little to no chance of advancement. But like I mentioned earlier, this job is better than NONE.
Advice to Senior Management
Maybe improve the communitions between the dispatchers, customer service, and changes in shifts.
