    Pros

    Great team environment to be in, great pay for the work, flexible shifts and general hours. Lots of opportunity to pick up extra hours or take time off. Promotion from within usually, so hard work gets paid off!

    Cons

    Very repetitive work at time, but this can be said for many jobs. Mixed bag of managers at each store, some are more goal oriented than others and put a lot of pressure on the team.

    Quiktrip will take care of you if you do what you're supposed to do.

    Money customers employees you can get promoted if you bust your butt

    Micro managing no breaks no lunches on your feet 10 hours at a time

    Pros

    paycheck every Wednesday. Fast-paced job. Free drinks. Cool co-workers and customers.

    Cons

    Everyone does everything. Even if you are the store manager, you are doing everything from cleaning toilets to ringing up customers and doing the store audit. There are no lunch breaks, you eat in between customers.

    Advice to Management

    Wear comfortable shoes so you will be able to stand on your feet 11 hours a day anytime of the day.

    Good competitive pay for transportation

    Act like you are invisible if you leave the company for better opportunity (transportation ) and take too much time to clear all your business

    Need an alternate person to perform varies operations when someone takes vacation time

    Pros

    Offters bonuses every 6 months, 10 sick days off, 5 personal days off. You get raises on your anniversary date for the first 2 years in your position.

    Cons

    No breaks. No health benefits for part-time clerks. Tuition reimbursement is hard to obtain.

    Give us breaks!

    Pros

    Great work environment, Great perks and benefits. Good co-workers. Good hours. You get bonus out the blue. Quiktrip really cares about their employees alot. Highly recommend.

    Cons

    Lacking on the management side. No breaks. Tedious tasks. Very repetitive. Can be very exhausting. Best bet is to try to move up the ladder

    I really dont have any advice to management. Im sure if i did have something to say it would just be a piggy back off of what somebody else said

    Pros

    tuition reimbursement for those that are in school
    flexible hours for those with family
    bonus structure for just doing your job
    great company perks (trips to exotic locations and annual company picnics)

    Cons

    no real break time (you will be on your feet for your entire shift)
    can get really dirty at times (you are technically a house keeper that cleans after both children and grown adults)

    Advice to Management

    Understand that running the store is truly a team effort and that one person cannot be expected to cover the slack of others on his team. MJ, LBJ, KB all the greats never won championships by themselves, it took team work.

    Something new to work on every day, never get bored
    Exposed to different aspects of the business

    Chain of command too strictly enforced to allow employees to grow in their career.
    Degrading standards of quality and work ethic over the past several years

    Advice to Management

    Provide regular access to supervisory level employees to evaluate and provide direction for growth with the company. Reinforce the quality standards (when it comes to work ethic) that the company used to be known for. Sometimes it seems like needing bodies to fill a job is a higher priority than finding high quality individuals.
