Advice to Senior Management
Keep living by our purpose, To provide employees with an opportunity to grow and succeed. Always remember the 5 core values that have brought us to this point.
Pros
Flexible hours, good bonus system, managers are usually helpful and friendly. There is a very good system to help employees with various things.
Cons
The work is physically tough. There is no break time during the entire shift. You eat when you can, but it's so busy that you hardly ever have to.
Advice to Senior Management
There should be more frequent shops accurately reflect CSA performances. The weekly shops all boils down to luck. Should increase hourly rates because this is one of the most physically demanding job I've ever had, and I was a construction worker!
