    I worked at Quinnox full-time

    Pros

    - The CEO is a nice man who seems to have good morals and values
    - If you are okay with being at a very mediocre company, are looking for nice people, a conservative family style business and require more standard style working hours, this could be a good fit for you. If you are a motivated person seeking inspirational senior leadership, a fast moving company and an innovative environment, do not work here

    Cons

Senior leadership is much of the problem. They enable the culture and behavior among employees and themselves
    - It is an HR culture; follow rules even if they fail to make sense
    - Terrible work/life balance. 13 days per year annual/sick leave (non negotiable) and it is mandatory that you use 5 of those days during the holidays; they will not tell you this until your first day, beware
    - All talk and no action. They claim to want change, but nothing will change because people in charge will not move on
    - Some very senior level employees and a few other employees have cobwebs growing on them they have been here so long. In addition to having archaic procedures and poor attitudes, their contributions are menial
    - As others have said, the pay is indeed below market
    - A non stimulating and stagnant environment. I felt sorry for the small handful of young folks working here

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The company has two options
    - Nearly all employees in the company who have been here for 5-7 years need to move on. Hire new individuals and more diversified talent at all levels to cultivate a fresh culture. The way the company functions today, there is no reason for anyone to be here more than 5 years
    - Sell or merge with a fresh company

I worked at Quinnox full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

This is a great company to start your career, and break in your experience. It is family oriented, you have some really good people to interact with, and there is opportunity to make an impact on improving the business [on your own time without expectation of earning a bonus or pay for the same]. Some of the friendships, and opportunities for finding excellent mentors for your career are long-lasting.

    Cons

Senior leadership is generally not strong here, hence the high attrition rates. There is a lack of diversified experience at that level, therefore hours are spent at lavish conferences and planning sessions that rarely lead to execution, or if it does, execution is not seen to the end with real metrics. Advancing in the company is not a problem up to a certain level, but the salary and benefits do not grow proportionately unless you use another offer to negotiate. Expecting uniform professional behavior is not enforced- selective employees are constantly rewarded despite their terrible behavior while others who follow policy have no incentive. Going to HR to handle issues tends to be a waste of time, as perception is based on hearsay rather than documented fact or request for resolution. A very 'nose to the grind' environment that extends beyond work hours and does not reinvest in the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Enforce policies for all employees equally, make salary/benefits market competitive, divorce senior leadership's constant need to control action of their highly skilled workforce [an action that happens due to lack of knowledge and security] to enable growth and success.

I have been working at Quinnox full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

At the individual level, I have found the health benefits to be great. I also feel that the salaries are very competitive with Tier 1 companies.

On a corporate level, Quinnox is making major changes to position itself for a bright future.

    - Strong, reorged leadership team
    - New talent
    - New policies
    - New processes
    - New vision
    - New office space contract signed (moving to technology park in Bangalore)

    Cons

Like any growing company, there are challenges that need to be worked. The key is whether the company culture enables you to bring solutions to the table and drive that positive change. At Quinnox, the answer is a resounding YES. Management welcomes innovation, proactive behavior, and thought leadership.

I worked at Quinnox full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I was hired straight from my college for Quinnox. I had spent six wonderful years of my career with Quinnox. To me Quinnox is a great company to start your career. You will find such wonderful colleagues and mentors here who will always be there to guide and support you. There are a lot of in-house training materials and opportunities available in Quinnox which you can make use of given that you have the potential and desire of hard work in yourself. There is a healthy work culture around you, good communication between peers and managers.
Good onsite opportunities, commitments made are fulfilled, you just need to stick in there and prove yourself.

    Cons

There are less functional and domain training courses from external expertise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is scope to increase compensation benefits for employees. Salary bonus component should be paid on monthly basis.
