Quintiles Transnational Reviews
-
Pros
There are many opportunities to create solutions that impact the lives of people in a positive way. Knowing that the work you are doing helps to advance research into drugs that may some day cure the ailments that most terrify humanity is both a humbling and rewarding experience.
Cons
The resources available are far outweighed by the amount of work that needs to be done, this occasionally leads to people being stretched to thin and can raise stress in some instances.
Advice to Senior Management
Trust, but verify. All organizations have internal struggles and areas for improvement, ensure that the messages you receive from subordinates are not overly sugar coated.
