    Pros

The food is good and the core of the people who still remain are great to work with.

    Cons

Company is going through severe financial struggles and it permeates to everything the company does. Many layoffs and continuous workforce turnover.

    Advice to Management

Need younger (<50) people in senior management spots who are willing to work the longer hours for less money but have the ideas to turn the company around.

    Pros

Quiznos subs are delicious, toasty and have high quality ingredients. I agree working in a fast casual environment where I can actually leverage some artistry in one I do. That said, I'm still making sandwiches.

    Cons

Quiznos always seems like its teetering on the edge. Franchisees are frequently couples who thought this was the promise land, only to find out that there is almost no profit margin or money to be made. Drive around, and most quiznos are closed or about to

    Advice to Management

    Please help your distressed franchisees
