    Pros

This company is in trouble and the current management is confused. This would be a risky company to work for. I would not recommend this company for long term employment.

    Cons

People usually don't leave companies, they leave people. Their is no trust and integrity in the working relationship between management teams and Franchisors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set company standards and insure that the teams are all following one model. Trust is important to establish long term relationships.

I worked at Quiznos part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Strict managment, other than that I really can't think of any!

    Cons

No discounted food. When i started there were ALL new employees bc the manager fired them all, so it wasn't very stable with 1 person knowing what they were doing. There would be a line of ppl with 2 ppl that were new... They all acted like they were my boss, telling me what to do when I had already been trained and understood how to make the food. I got fired for no good reason after telling the manager I was pregnant. I was planning on leaving anyway-

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire & Hire one at a time! You can't have all new people running a store...Your customers will see the lack of experience in your employees. Aka waiting for the food longer

    Pros

The food is better quality and a more healthier option to guests. Operations are easy to learn and easy to maintain.

    Cons

Quiznos corporate changes leadership to often, and continuity of the brand is struggling. High food prices make it difficult to reach food cost goals. Not enough television presence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the FO's profitable and the rest will fall into place.
