    Pros

Depending on the crew, can be a fun place to work. Decent tips if you are able to deliver.

    Cons

Bad business model makes franchises struggle, and unsupportive corporate managers don't offer much help.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop changing things every couple months. I worked for various Quiznos stores for 7 years intermittently through high school and college, and I've watched the menu and the work protocols change countless times. Radical changes are made, and then the company switches back to the way things used to be. Franchises waste large sums of money buying product that is only used for a short time.

Also, either commit to delivery, or don't deliver at all. Delivery isn't advertised properly since the service isn't offered universally. As such, stores that offer delivery get slow delivery business, yet still have to staff for it.

I worked at Quiznos part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I know it depends on which franchise you work at and who your bosses and coworkers are, but the one in Russellville, AR had it all. My bosses were fantastic, helpful, an friendly. They believed the customer was the boss and acted that way. My coworkers were all great people too.

    Cons

It is fast food so you're on your feet all day, but nothing unexpected. Closing is a bit of a chore, but just something you have to do.
