    Pros

They offer attractive packages but this is to lure innocent engineers. There is a lot of things that are not revealed to employees. The company management that has an office in EDH near Sacramento is very unfriendly and insensitive. One should be careful before joining this company. Do a lot of research and talk to people who had been there before. You may get a better insight. Test things yourself

    Cons

They are lots of negatives: - Sudden sackings. The employee story is never heard - Company run by a family of punjabis who are adamant. they operate like a petty shop - Poor image of the company in US and other countries - Poor vision and people management - Keeps creating stories about goodwill which does not exist (you have to be there to understand that) - Poor communicators - Loves giving surprises everytime. You are in a job and settled with family when suddenly they will drop you from the consulting assignment. Many people have landed in soup because of erractic decisions. They waste a lot of time

    Advice to Management

Have the courage to stand up to what you promise when you recruit people. You are not caring at all. Remove that piece from your tagline. Think before you take hasty decisions

I worked at R Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You receive a paycheck on a regular basis.

    Cons

Terrible management. Performance review metrics changed constantly, and after 8 months, some employees were finally given a $0.09 / hour raise if their performance was satisfactory... however that was defined at the moment. Employees were given little feedback or training beyond the initial weeks of 2am training sessions. Uncompetitive pay and poor experiences lead to high turnover on many teams. The relationship with the client seemed strained and communication between support tiers struggled. The building is dirty, and benefits are abysmal or non-existent. No paid training or tuition assistance, or realistic IRAs (Only 3 people in the building qualified for the 10-year vesting schedule). Only "benefits" offered were those that the benefited the company, like pre-paid legal scams.

    Advice to Management

Give managers the tools they need to do their jobs, so that agents can do their jobs. Feedback delivered in person is better than by email. Be consistent with your expectations. Improve working conditions, including pay, training, and benefits, to reduce turnover and build a solid team. Fix issues like torn and stained carpeting so that people are in a professional environment.

I have been working at R Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are good for an employee

    Cons

Employees are given less or nil care as US recruits while working in the client location. Strongly recommend people to look for any other choices especially if you are doing a visa transfer. Sorry to specify. Their processes are meaningless and very slow and most times rendering negative results

    Advice to Management

When a work visa transfer from one company to another happens, please make sure everything is fine before causing the employee to go into trouble when visa is rejected. Visa when rejected, please make sure other options are done to get the employee back to US when recruited in the US and do not simply abandon without responding. After all he/she has trusted the management and taken heavy risks with a lot of argument just for the benefit and revenue of the organization. An employee has now lost his whole career because of this transfer
