I worked at R-T Specialty full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you're lucky enough to work for a good broker, the job can be very exciting.

    Cons

    Upper management issues, terrible system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should have books of businesses. Otherwise they are wasting money and become disconnected with the conditions of the marketplace and issues regarding coverage, the lack of expertise in which filters down over time.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
