    - the quality of the people is very good, very friendly and fun to be with
     - great HR, very personal attitude and activities

    relatively low salary and benefits
    at the minimum of the category scale, no funding for meals
    top managers put a lot of pressure and expect extra effort

    focus in less customers to give better customer service and product quality together with less pressure on the employees and better benefits and salary.
