“Be Careful”
Former Employee – worked at RAZOR Business Strategy Consultants
Pros – There are a lot of smart people who work with with a real desire to serve and "create transactions" for their cleints.
Cons – Leadership is focused on generating as much revenue as possible before they sell the company. They won't admit it but look at what was done before. Poor communication, high stress and no appreciation. Just get it done.
Advice to Senior Management – Maybe you should step back and think about what your clients are really buying, your people. Treat people with respect. Spend more time developing people and working through issues rather than just "making the numbers".
