    Pros

    Great Brands, excellent "non-global, Canadian" coworkers

    Cons

    While RB professes to be a global company by offering opportunities to anyone who might endeavour to pursue a global career, you really need to be an Aussie or Brit to advance your career.
    The Canadian division has had the distinction of having several GM's, VP Sales, numerous Sales Directors between LCL and WM, and better than 65% turnover of employees in the last 6+ years. Also, Canadian HR support is managed out of the US and is a train wreck. Finally, the household business has become so commoditized that compensation via bonus will be subjective in the forthcoming years if RB cannot accelerate the health care business

    Advice to management doesn't matter. Their short term objectives will not change.

    Competitive and high energy, you own your business at RB.

    No work life balance, limited training opportunities, what have you done for me lately attitude

    Yearly marketing sales trip fantastic location

    Cons

    - very bad hours , no movement, terrible managers, high turnover, favouritism, old systems, caught up in numbers and performance, no respect for employees, misguided people, made for working like trolls with no work life balance. overall terrible place to work, avoid avoid avoid. Try any other CPG , you will be respected.

    Nurture young talent to succeed. Challenge them with realistic goals. Managers should also be open to change and new ways of doing business.

    Pros

    Salary was competitive and car allowance was generous.

    Cons

    High turnover rate due to very poor management and lack of respect for employees. Corporate culture was the worst I've ever experienced.

    Advice to Management

    All management should have mandatory Human Resource training regarding how to treat employees and retain good talent.
