    Pros

RB is a great place to work if you are the type of person who looks to make your opportunities and seize them while they are there. You will succeed if you take control of your career and where you want to be.

    Cons

The work life balance could certainly be improved. That being said, RB is a culture where you work hard and play hard.

    Pros

My husband bragged about the company's terrific leadership. He said they ensure the plant continues to run both effectively and efficiently but not at the expense of its employees. He told me that he was treated extremely well and received praise for jobs well done.

    Cons

I would have preferred he work 1st shift; however, the option did not become available.

    Advice to Management

    My family appreciated the opportunity.

I have been working at RB full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Achievement based business model where recognition goes to those who deserve it. Always new challenges presented daily. Very energetic workplace. Results Driven. A "pave your own way" kind of place.

    Cons

Demanding, sometimes creating long hours (12+). Not a clear organization structure, leads to lack of direction for entry level "rock stars". Sales/Marketing focused (good for sales, not for supply)

    Advice to Management

Create a pathway for entry level positions - i.e. future plans

I have been working at RB full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A fantastic place to work if you want to move fast, and be rewarded for your hard work. Very result and P&L driven. No place to hid, those that are creative and have the fact to support their insights will be heard and will be successful quickly.

    Cons

If you're not ready for the fast paced, learn as you go, in your face, get it done yesterday, know our numbers like the back of your hand kind of environment, you won't survive the grind at RB.

    Pros

The company has created an excellent work environment in which you take on responsibilities from the start that you would not have the opportunity to in other companies until you have been there a few years. This creates an innovative entrepreneur work environment .

    Cons

The intrapreneur work environment is not a good fit for everyone, you must be disciplined and know what needs to be done as you are watched over like you would be in other companies.
