    I worked at RB full-time

    Pros

Fast-Paced, opportunity for growth and movement. Hard work can pay off under some managers

    Cons

NO work-life balance. Unrealistic expectations and deadlines - One person expected to do the work of 3. Compete lack of communication and poor management. Low compensation compared to competitors and how much you are expected to work. If you leave when you are done with your work but upper management is still there you are expected to stay and twiddle your thumbs until they leave. HR is awful and extremely unprofessional.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees like they matter
    Communicate
Long term rather than short term

I worked at RB as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

-perks, unexpected rewards for completing projects
    -wages
-A lot of awesome, hardworking people that make the place fun to work at

    Cons

    -the drama
    -unorganized
    -unprofessional people in management
    -construction zone 24/7

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat the employees better, don't flaunt full time status if you plan to fire people before they get there. Fire the unprofessional people that create all the drama. There's a lot of lazy people that put a lot of pressure on those who are hard working. Unreasonable deadlines because of the lack of communication between departments.

I worked at RB (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Quick promotion for hard work. Competitive salary and benefits.

    Cons

No work life balance. Management actually prides itself on not caring about accuracy. Unrealistic deadlines. Are told it is a culture of challenging each other but when you do that you are reprimanded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out what you want. You constantly contradict yourselves. How can anyone take that seriously?

    I worked at RB full-time

    Pros

There are a great many opportunities for career growth. RB has global presence and are transferring employees internationally all the time (pro if you like traveling). Also, there is a great deal of focus on personal development of employees by providing training courses and what not.

    Cons

Compared to competitors, RB probably ranks a little low in terms of compensation. Also, for promotion and career growth, there is a good chance that at some point you will be transferred internationally to another country.
