    Pros

Fast paced, move as quick as you want if you are willing to put in the work. Can have work life balance but it will work against you for promotions. High level exposure if you want it. If you are mobile, you will move fast

    Cons

Grad program is used to get young talent in the door but they are promoted faster than people not in the program. Can be tough sometimes, expectations are high but reward is high

    Pros

The company offers lots of paid time off. On-site Gym for employees and a fairly lax environment.

    Cons

General feeling among employees is that the company doesn't care about me, so I don't really care about the company. There is not much engagement, and Project Supercharge boils down to squeezing everything they can out of as few employees as possible.

    Pros

International opportunities and travel Strong drive to deliver projects and the resources to do so Learned a lot about business operations outside my own field

    Cons

No work life balance as the expectation is you will deliver, whatever it takes. Can be cut-throat when things get tough.

    Advice to Management

Keep focused on business growth and investment. Weed out some of the professional sharks.

    Pros

    - Very dynamic company culture which believes in new hires and nurtures young talent through different positions - Great rotational program for university graduates with different positions through commercial sales, marketing, manufacturing roles - Diverse work force with employees from multiple nationalities; backgrounds and experiences

    Cons

    - Very lean organization with huge workload and little work/life balance - Sales driven organization which sometimes lead to short term decisions not in sync with strategic vision - Loss of talent due to HR policy of lack of sponsorship to International Visa-holder employees

    Advice to Management

    - Need to focus more on the balance between different functions and not take decisions solely with short term sales interests - HR policy of no permanent residency sponsorship will result in significant loss of talent

    Pros

A ton of responsibility at an early stage in career. Fast career progression Great benefits Great bonus

    Cons

A ton of responsibility at an early state in career Fast career progression Limited formal training...mostly on the job only.

    Advice to Management

Train people to leave and represent you, but treat them like they will never want to leave. Train managers to lead...and continue that leadership training indefinitely.
