    Great company to work for

    Facilitator (Former Employee)

ProsGreat Pay. Great Benefits. Awesome culture. I really enjoyed working here and I miss everyday I am not with the company. I wish I would have never left.

ConsChallenging as there is not currently a brick and mortar presence in the states. It is an online bank catering to the needs of Canadian snowbirds during the warmer months.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore value should be given into finding the right people at the some of the entry level positions. It makes our job a bit harder when we are forced to train people not interested in being trained.

    ProsGood company with great benefits.

ConsManagement team was restrictive and limited. There was very little opportunity for movement. There were issues with certain managers, that HR seemed blind to. If you can get a good manager, this company is awesome. The pay could be more in line with the industry, they are a little low. And there seems to be a big variance on who gets a bonus.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement had some serious personality issues. HR, needed to listen to the complaints and take action.

    Badly Managed, Over Worked Employees

    Software Developer (Former Employee)
    Raleigh, NC

ProsCo workers are friendly and easy to get along with.
    Good Health insurance

    ConsBad Middle Management.
    No career growth.
Expected to work overtime and get no recognition.

Advice to Senior ManagementMiddle management is a joke. If one employee complains is nothing, but when all employees are complaining, you should get the message.

    Great Internship!

    Software Developer Intern (Former Employee)
    Minneapolis, MN

ProsI was part of a summer internship program which was an incredible experience! I learned so much and the team I worked with was always open to discussion on any issues I was having.

ConsThe scope of my internship was not clearly identified at the beginning, as I was assigned tasks in a somewhat arbitrary way. Overall, I had an amazing experience though! Highly recommended.

Advice to Senior ManagementClearly define the requirements and expectations of the hired intern before they arrive.
