-Large institution, so stable environment and good benefit
-Suppose one can expect high income

-Internal Transfer is not easy, so as other large corps.
-Promotion is not usual

Need to constant discover new talent.

The Benefits, vacation, bonuses each year, stable company if you are under level 5. Variety of Employee discounts and offers.

You really must build a network in this company to get ahead. Some Managers do not follow the values of RBC.

Company was heavily involved in community events. Extensive training. Great work-life balance and awesome co-workers. Good branch atmosphere and clean and modern buildings.

Failed to recognize my educational value and desire to be more that an account manager. Did not challenge my abilities enough.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay close attention to undergraduate students whom are about to graduate with Finance majors, especially those that express interest in higher thinking and a desire to advance. This is important to keep in mind when the individual's brilliant grades are supported by positive behaviours.
