Pros
Calm, friendly atmosphere with challenging work. Great mix of fun/work in the office.
Cons
It is a bureaucracy, but at least it is not totally burdened in red tape!
Advice to Senior Management
Keep practicing the value of inclusion. Visit other teams frequently.

Details
Pros
It is a small, yet very professional organisation. Very flat structure. Great people. One of the most respected central banks. Great kebab place next door.
Cons
It is in Wellington, it rains a lot and it is very windy. New Zealand is far away from everything.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep the bank's traditions, values and principles.
