Pros – The people are nice. Very busy growing organization always work to be done create stability. Financially sound and progressive competitive environment.
Cons – Less than desirable culture as it relates to work life balance. Very minimal annual increases and no bonus program for administrative workers.
Advice to Senior Management – Your goals are way too aggressive. You place to high of unreasonable demands on employees and quickly burning them out. Appreciate people more and be fair.

Pros – Good benefits. Salaried employees start with 20 weeks of vacation. That's really about the only good thing I can say about working at WorldPay.
Cons – For a company that has been around for as long as they have, it seems like it is very unorganized. That may have something to do with their spinoff from RBS and the transition that they're going through, but that doesn't make it any less pleasant. Many people/departments seemed isolated and only concerned with their little world with little interest in teamwork. This isn't the most important thing when it comes to a job, but their headquarters building is downright embarassing. They have electrical tape covering holes in carpet, there are stains in the carpet, the electricity and/or AC would go out with some regularity, the office furniture and conference rooms have not been updated in what looks like decades, the bathrooms are unbelievably foul, etc. They are starting renovations, so maybe this will improve.
Advice to Senior Management – The overall atmosphere is very negative and it did not feel like a very supportive environment. Comments were made by some company veterans that morale was at its lowest point in all their time there.

Pros – Good Pay
Good information
Really do help clients save money
Cons – Long hours
Many rejections
lots of competition
Competition is not educated
Advice to Senior Management – When a person is working a larger deal, and it goes through but was initially started by another, the other person should get a piece of that business, since manager and Regional Manager worked on the proposal.

Pros – The people are great to work with, and there is a lot of technical knowledge available to you. The vacation allowance is terrific.
Cons – it takes a long time to get things deployed, and there is a lot of unneeded overhead. There isn't a single source of information about any project which slows down the work.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote and reward the people doing good work. Cut out unneeded steps in the work flow. You need more people working full time in support so that developers working on projects don't get pulled off all the time.

Pros – The people are awesome at the company. Very friendly and like a big family!!!
Cons – Wish the bank (Royal Bank of Scotland) and that crew had never purchased Lynk Systems. When the bank came in everything changed from the environment to the attitudes of the employees. It became a very stressful environment. Hoping that the sale of World Pay will do the folks remaining there some good.
Advice to Senior Management – LISTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! Just because you are management does not mean you know everything. Remember you need the employees just as much as they need you!!!

Pros – Great benefits and very generous vacation packages.
Cons – Long time employees are passed over for promotion and competitive salary, despite glowing performance reviews. Technology is at a standstill since RBS took over. Nothing ever happens there. Things were better when it was Lynk Systems.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't assume that long time employees are content in their current positions. Look inside for talent.
