    Pros

RCI is a fantastic place to work. The corporate culture is fun and engaging. The benefits are excellent: free vacations, plenty of PTO to go on those vacations, 401k match, and great health benefits.

    Cons

I worked at RCI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Can potentially make a decent paycheck Low stress management Big company, so you can make a lot of friends

    Cons

Management plays favorites Not really about work ethic, more so than how many people you know Management isn't as educated about topics as they have you believe Limited growth opportunity

    Advice to Management

Learn your team member's names. Show how to do a good job, rather than educating us how it should be done.

    Pros

Opportunity for advancement. Bonuses Free travel Fun atmosphere, unlike any other

    Cons

Hours are determined by seniority, so everyone must start with evening and weekend hours Too much of internal hiring decision is based on interviews and not enough on job qualifications and skill

    Advice to Management

Too much emphasis on interviews and not enough on job performance, reliability and integrity. Anyone can lie their way through an interview.

I worked at RCI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people are fantastic and the organization knows how to create a positive and fun work environment.

    Cons

Reorgs became regular and the displacement of work to those still at the organization is less than optimal.

    Advice to Management

Have a solid plan for work when moving positions around.

I have been working at RCI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits are first-class, including free timeshare vacation weeks and access to Hotel discounts. The people are almost all fantastic to work with and genuinely care about each other.

    Cons

Politics at the upper levels trickle down and effect the day-to-day of everyone. Employees are sometimes not used to their full potential in order to suit someone else's political ambitions. Tend to underpay.

    Advice to Management

Forget about RCI history and what used to work. Create an alignment that makes sense in the current business environment and maximize the skills of your employees.

I have been working at RCI full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They have excellent benefits commensurate with pay. Pay scale is in line with average salary for positions they hold. Very diverse. Management has an open door policy and are very approachable, most are also working managers. Vacation accrual and time is great

    Cons

There are not very many cons working this this company. I am overly satisfied being employed with the company and wouldn't care to work anywhere else at this time.

    Advice to Management

to continue to keep communication open, nurture career growth, and communicate expectations so expectations can be met.
