Yes man / women organization and archaic

Senior Business Analyst (Former Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsBig company and easy to get lost within. Most people are nice. Company has nice perks.

ConsIT process is from the 60's and 70's. Process was managed and implemented with Word and Excel documents and manually tracked.
Companies that integrated with RCI was sometimes manual on RCI side with employees having to enter into the system and constantly change information manually. Painful for both employees and customers. One company had to tell RCI what they owed RCI. RCI just couldn't accurately determine what the company owed them.
Management has no real understanding of how to manage people to their full potential. Ideas that are not part of the norm and differ from others, watch out! No one likes to rock the boat and it might even get you fired. Management also goes to great length to squeeze every potential bonus dollar even to the disadvantage of another business unit or to the point of dishonesty.

Advice to Senior ManagementIT should view other business units within the company as customers, giving them the best solutions for the lowest price. Hire upper IT management personnel with real world modern processes and environmental experience and begin the modernization of internal process with both internal and external customers as the focus.
    Crack down on the dishonesty.

Only in it for the money

Vacation Guide (Former Employee) Carmel, IN

ProsTraining is good and ongoing. Nice facilities and free coffee. They do stage some nice social events and offer "free vacations"

ConsAs much as they may give the appearance of sincerely being interested in their members, they are all about the money. My experience was that alot of their closing techniques are unethical at best.

Advice to Senior ManagementBullying is not motivating.

It was a good place to work

Revenue Management Analyst (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsIt was great at the end of the day to get tips from the customers and the people you worked with. Everyone is so kind and help one another out.

ConsYou will always be on your feet, so wear a good pair of tennis shoes. The managers aren't the best, will have to argue for better hours.
