    Pros

Great pay, benefits, decent hours (but not starting out).

    Cons

Contests - I know they're to boost morale, but it's almost like a childlike atmosphere in a way. Takes a long time to move up/off the call center floor. An almost typical call-center environment where there is a high turnover rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand that not everyone who applies are from a sales background, and to be patient.

    Pros

My direct supervisor worked her butt off for me, she made me believe the company cared about me, if it weren't for her, I would of left much sooner

    Cons

High turnover, low pay, they give you candy and junk food if you perform well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care more about the people on the floor, as they work their butt off for you. Stop being so inflexible

    Pros

Big company and easy to get lost within. Most people are nice. Company has nice perks.

    Cons

IT process is from the 60's and 70's. Process was managed and implemented with Word and Excel documents and manually tracked.
Companies that integrated with RCI was sometimes manual on RCI side with employees having to enter into the system and constantly change information manually. Painful for both employees and customers. One company had to tell RCI what they owed RCI. RCI just couldn't accurately determine what the company owed them.
Management has no real understanding of how to manage people to their full potential. Ideas that are not part of the norm and differ from others, watch out! No one likes to rock the boat and it might even get you fired. Management also goes to great length to squeeze every potential bonus dollar even to the disadvantage of another business unit or to the point of dishonesty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

IT should view other business units within the company as customers, giving them the best solutions for the lowest price. Hire upper IT management personnel with real world modern processes and environmental experience and begin the modernization of internal process with both internal and external customers as the focus.
    Crack down on the dishonesty.
