I worked at RCM Technologies full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

RCM Technologies provided me with some great consulting opportunities in the Microsoft infrastructure space. I got to work with a smart team of individuals.

    Cons

Expenses are paid out of pocket and not reimbursed in a timely fashion. They have frustrating travel and expense policies. The team is small and collaboration between the remote offices was difficult. They did not embrace current technology such as current versions of Lync and Exchange. It was difficult to use internal resources for lab and development efforts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need stronger leadership in the MS consulting practice.

    Pros

There aren't too many that I can think of. I would say the recruiters are decent people but there isn't much else besides their easy to access location

    Cons

There is low pay and no advancement. I would say that they value loyalty so the only way to get a decent pay is to stay for many years but I would only recommend using this as a step to your ultimate goal

I worked at RCM Technologies as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

The company proved to me that they were truly interested in the well being of their employees. They also try very hard to find a new job for the consultant after the assignment is over.

    Cons

The only negative thing that I might feel is that after you have been away from the company for more than a year, they don't seem to follow up on how you are doing or if you are in need of another project.

    Pros

They paid for one lunch meal a week.

    Cons

Very unprofessional. Cursing and back stabbing are the name of the game. Would not recommend to anyone.

I worked at RCM Technologies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Did not get micro managed in my particular role. Its a place you can hang out for a while until something better comes along.

    Cons

Poor Management and little to no interaction between business units
    Below Industry Pay
    Do not value workers contributions
Glorified staffing company trying to market themselves as a technology company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Jettison off more of the under performing business units

    I worked at RCM Technologies

    Pros

not many at all , just the fact weekends for "me" were off . People were friendly for the most part, but management from top to bottom was hideous not caring , and never goes to bat for you. typical bottom line mentality that couldn't see past today for the bigger picture.

    Cons

Look at the Pros. Also you have 20 bosses , just check out Office Space the movie , very typical lol

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

look for another company to buy you out, to clean house, so keep the stocks shares relatively respective so someone wants to buy you out. This company is broken .

I have been working at RCM Technologies full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great opportunity for beginners in the job market to practice lots of hands on programming. Flexible hours

    Cons

Bad bad pay, yearly raise and bonuses is very little too.

I worked at RCM Technologies as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

I had no issues with RCM. They have always been a good firm to work for in a TEMP capacity. They do a good job from their side of things.

    Cons

The job was temp. The only con was the place I was working. But as a temp, you don't always have a say in the quality of the workplace. This particular shop didn't communicate well at all.

I worked at RCM Technologies full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Worked with some talented people who were willing to pass on what they had learned over time.

    Cons

Upper management is disconnected, and distant, to what employees have come to know that could help this division become more efficient.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are not willing to provide the tools necessary to your employees for doing the work, be accountable to that decision.
Hold clients responsible to information quality standards. Thus, providing workers the baseline needed to generate finished product in a cost effective manner, according to agreed upon contractual requirements.
