I have been working at RD&F
Pros – -Hands-on, creative shop, a lot of different projects to work on, large and small accounts
-No egos, easy to work with people
-Great hours, pay and benefits, only work nights when big meeting or pitch comes up
-Friendly people, family atmosphere, flexible with personal time and hours
Cons – -Few large, national accounts, need more big projects
-Not much hand holding, mostly senior people so they let you succeed or fail on your own
-A lot of work for mid-size shop, no one keeps track of your hours, so you have to stay on top
Advice to Senior Management – Great place to work and grow, like the no BS, and creative opportunities.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at RD&F part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – to help needy people, help them to run their homes during crises such as during rains and fluids
Cons – overload work, employees are in limited numbers and need more funds to run this project
Advice to Senior Management – there should be equally divided work between all
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
