A very charitable organization as well supporting Childrens Miracle Network, Kumon Breast Cancer Awareness, plus numerous other special interest groups and programs. Peers are a very professional group and very willing to help.

Cons

Head office could make independant office visits more frequently. As a RE/MAX Realtor you are recognized by peers from other companies as a "Top Producer or you wouldn't be at RE/MAX" and it occassionally breeds contempt or jealousy from some of your peers from other companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Make office visits more frequently which acknowledges some respect for the front line people who make the company successful.
