    Never had to work weekends, kept busy in a professional environment.

    Great pay but it is on commision if you sell alot of houses.

    Commission only. If you do not sell houses then you make no money.

    Pros

    Sky is the limit. You could manage your time, but the more you are focus on your business is better. You get all the support you need.

    Cons

    It is only a commission based job. It is like to develop your own business. If you not are self motivated and determined this work is not for you.

    Great company and brand. Agents are given a lot of flexibility to run their business the way it works best for them.

    Since going public, the type of information coming from corporate has changed (guess they have to watch what they say).
