    Pros

Freedom to schedule appointments, showings, meetings at times most convenient to agent and client. No mandatory meetings.

    Cons

No lucrative leads provided by the company. No reimbursement for the expenses involved in doing business. Agent responsible for all aspects of running his/her business. At times very challenging to get buyers qualified for financing with reputable lenders.

    Advice to Management

It's a fact that agents stay longest with brokers who provide the highest level of adminisrative support and generous commission splits.

    Pros

Still a very good and recognizable real estate brand in the consumer market place. They are evolving in their technology and adding new marketing pieces to help the agent and brokers but the agents/brokers pay for that.

    Cons

Since going public a great deal of leadership changes including the abrupt resignation of the CEO and Chairwoman. It seemed monthly there would be leadership changes in the region. The luxury brand needs a great deal of revamped marketing.

    Advice to Management

I think the leadership team and business development team should really seek the agents and brokers input more. Since going public the company has lost touch with some of their brokers and agents and they should engage them better on what would help the brand grow.
