    Pros

Broker is extremely helpful in offering any assistance regarding contracts etc. The process is streamlined and you have someone there to check your contract and help streamline them for you. The fees are reasonable for an established agent.

    Cons

Not very good for a newly licensed agent.

    Advice to Management

Offer more training and monthly meetings.
