They hire within the company after interviewing externally and they don't let you know in a timely manner.

    Advice to Management

Suggest position posted within company before offering externally

    Pros

The company actually cared for their employees, and they were not just a number. They understood that the culture of how they treated their employees was monument, and that their greatest asset is their employees.

    Cons

Upper management took long periods of time to make decisions, like getting the crews an Ice machine.

    Pros

Decent training, some structure, growing industry. Some pretty good people worked here. A good first job in the solar industry because they will actually take the time to teach you what you need to know.

    Cons

Low pay, some egotistical people in the sales team (surprise surprise right?). If you're in an entry level position it will be a complete grind.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people better. Provide more structure and direction overall. Take the ego out of communication between people. Nothing kills moral quicker than an egotistic manager.

    Pros

Normally I would say none but You can aquaire some experience in sales.

    Cons

You have to spent more money on gas to drive to different Cosco locations than you earn. You work hard to make leads and appointments but they are very often neglected!

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees more fairly: don't bury the leads, give a call to all potential customers, not only the one you select!
