Flexible hours, great co-workers, like working in a toy store for adults. Good training program to get yourself started.

Extremely hard to get hours. They will hire for their high season and cut regular employees hours to accommodate new hires. If projected sales levels are down, all hours are cut except 5 year + employees. They will expect you to keep yourself with full availability but might not schedule you those hours. When you take another job to supplement your income, they will cut you even more then bring you in to the office and let you go. There will never be much opportunity for a decent pay.

    Advice to Management

Need to consider that all your employees need to earn a living. If you can't give your employees enough hours to live on. Then allow them to reduce their availability and let them get 2nd jobs.
