Pros

Good for someone who is looking to get started in the entertainment industry, or someone looking for experience in an office environment doing administrative work, or anyone interested in gaining modeling, acting or dance experience. If you are interested in a career in sales then this would be a good place to work, most work is built around selling acting and modeling classes to youth aged 5-18.

Cons

Unorganized management, poor office facilities, paychecks often late, long hours, compulsory weekend hours, a lot of cold calling sales, inappropriate harassment by senior staff, the office is located in weird location.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more professional, more organized, respect other staff members.
