    I have been working at REVE Systems full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    This is my first company that I joined after completing my B.Tech & MBA, all things for me is like to start from scratch.
    I learnt a lot of things after joining this organization & my Boss helps me a lot for this. He allows me to take a individual initiative to handle the different vertical business projects. In current scenario I am handling different Marketing activities like Advertising, Branding & Social Media Platform and other different Marketing projects, also I am helping others to take the conceptual initiative for the same.

    While all this contribution goes to my Boss as well as my Management who helps me for my career and future growth.

    Benefits after joining the company-

    Well organized decent culture,
    Enormous Growth opportunities
    Ability to start initiating in different business verticals
    Awesome working environment
    Work life balance is good
    Friendly peers and place to learn if you are enthusiastic

    Cons

    I don't feels the company have so many Cons, but at the end it depends from person to person

    I feels there is a Communication Gap & Little bit Politics between Employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have to take action against to those person who chunks the name of the employees in different activities

    I worked at REVE Systems as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Good Product Line,Interesting Products,Good for girls.

    Cons

    Too much politics,girls are given much preference

    Pros

    - Very professional
    - Cross culture environment
    - Opportunity to travel cross border / to other countries
    - Multinational company
    - They pick best talent, and talent can come from anywhere in the world, in any form
    - All employees get equal opportunity to progress in their area of expertise
    - Respect and credit is given to the innovations
    - Very flexible in terms of working in shifts / hours / work from home

    Cons

    - I didn't find any cons.
    - No strict policy for bullying and sexual harassment within the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management could be more understanding in terms of interacting with employees and understanding their "real" problems.
    Few good (and may be strict) policies should be introduced to maintain the discipline
