First of all here you will have good team, all employees work together and try to achive one common goal - satisfy our customer. Very important for company are quality of products in supermarkets. For me important thing to be sure that I promote quality service and products.

There are very pure chances for career growth - this company good expirience but not the place for self-realization. No sence to work in this company more tham 3 years.

Advice to Senior Management

They should provide more leadership programs, trainings, seminars to raise the level of their specialists. Also provide some benefit program to motivate employees.
