    Pros

    Excellent compensation, training, mentoring and support. Realistic accomodation between personal and professional life. Enough flexibility to maintain career growth and development and a real life outside the office.

    Cons

    As in any sales environment, there are ups and downs in the revenue (sales) cycle, the benefits could be better, and a more flexible dress code wold be nice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More opportunities for external training. Bigger budget for technology development. And opportunity for employee participation in ownership would be be helpful
