    Pros

    Easy to get hired!
    Easy work!

    Cons

They gave me a schedule I was prepared and ready to work! I went to the jobsite at my scheduled time(9:30) and I was told they are almost done. The supervisor lady rudely told me that I could go home because they started at 7:30.I explained to her that I was going by the schedule. She was sooo rude !! The next day the Area mgr called me and left a RUDE msg saying I didnt show up & I could get terminated.I called her back to tell her I did show up ON TIME, and I thimk its messed up I had to waste gas.She said O!THEY had you scheduled at the wrong time and everything is ok, but she never apologised. She claimed she would speak with her DM & call me back because the supervisor lady didnt tell her I came.SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK....IM DONE WITH THAT COMPANY!

I have been working at RGIS full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Yes, the hours are flexible. You get to see many different stores. You will work with a wide range of people. There are teams that you can be put on to, if there is a spot open. If you havea good driving record, you can also become a team driver. Any store that is to far we drive a company van to and from, for our district its something like if it is more than 30 miles from the office. The miles are calculated from the office, not your home. Your pay is based on your asset level. The better you move and count, the better your pay can be. If you want to move slow your asset will stay low, your money will stay low. You can move up in the company if you want, you just need to see your Area Manager about it. You have to ask, you have to take that step.

    Cons

There are months that you are never home, business is busy. Then there are months that business is slow. You will not have a set number of hours per week. If you have a disorganized DM you will not be happy, if your DM doesn't like you, you will not be happy. But don't blame your DM for your own faults.

    Pros

You get to work with some fun people.

    Cons

You may not get the hours you need to pay your bills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Use the options that you give the employees. If you say be dressed a certain way and some employees are not, send them home. If you don't want tattoos showing then follow your own rules about it.

    I worked at RGIS

    Pros

Hours can be flexible as most of the work is either early in the morning or late at night leaving the day time for flexibility. They provide a company vehicle and company cell phone. You interact with alot of retail locations and managers so you have many opportunities to network in the field.

    Cons

You are considered on call all the time. You will receive calls at 5am and 10pm about employees calling into work or not showing up. There is an extrememly high turnover for hourly employees and they are very undependable. The salary is not enough to pay for all the hours you put in. District management currently has unrealistic goals and expects you to meet them. District and upper management are involved in fraud in order to meet goals and receive bonuses at the end of the year. January-February expect to put in at least 18 hours a day with no day off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on an employee retention program where you increase the pay to your best employees. Your most recent pay program is a joke and caused many really good employees to leave because you cut them in pay.
