I worked at RGIS (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours are flexible. Laid back environment unless. Co-workers and managers are friendly. Very easy to get hired. Nice having a different view every time you work.

    Cons

Inconsistent hours throughout the year. Definitely not a job desired for a long period of time. Not paid enough for the work you put in once top gun. You must find your own ride to work without some type of compensation (unless the store is over 40 miles away) which usually is not a problem since the company positions you at nearby stores but there will be times when you must drive forty-five minutes away or more. Manager can be pushy and call you in to work on off days a little too often. My manager scheduled me to work during hours I was not supposed to be working on a couple of occasions. Then denied that it was they're fault for scheduling me during that time and still expected me to find replacements for those days.

    Advice to Management

Future employees are asked for a schedule of hours they can potentially work. Some people have school or other jobs and simply cannot work during hours that are not listed as available hours to work. Furthermore, if there is a mix up a manager should be the one to fix their own mistake.
