I have been working at RGP as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Leadership and a culture that cares about the success of its consultants and their clients; Work-life balance; Selection of exciting opportunities; Benefits; Being able to make a difference every single day

    Cons

Potential down-time between assignments although management knows that they could not otherwise keep top-rated consultants if they did not have ready assignments for them. Do your best and the work will come to you!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

With increase in consulting in addition to interim staffing, need to work with clients to understand cost differential in two types of roles.
