Your hours are all over the specturm, with little home time unless you work part time
Trucks are newer but little time for repair they don't want the trucks down until they decide, & they can't remember to fix your truck, you have to tell them over & over to get the trucks fixed,r etc... Truck & trailers roll 24/7, & the spare truck they used was a 2006 700,000mi. freightliner that stuck to high heaven :-( the steering wheel was coming apart they never did replace that while I was there.
Advice to Management
Where do I begin ? Listen to your drivers & act on their concerns instead of ignoring them & giving them lip service & requiring them to drive trucks with no heat for defrost or no air conditioning for month;s during the summer when it is 80-100 degrees outside & expect them to preform. steering issues wheel vibration, Engines that blow up, Fix the problem before the equipment goes down.
Fix the lighting at loading areas fuel station, milk pumping area, acid/ chemical room no lighting dangerous.
