Great atmosphere for individuals that are motivated. It is reputable company that many people know, so you can feel proud that you work there. Often times project management can be difficult, but rewarding.
Cons
Employees can be competitive and rude. It is very difficult information because everyone is distrusting of one another. Some decisions can skewed by managers individual motives.
Advice to Senior Management
It is great how the employees are challenged. I would suggest working on team building so new employees can quickly fit into the organizations. The first couple of months were terrible, but after that things became better.
