Pros
What a great, dynamic organization. There's always something going on. Opportunity for many types of lateral and upward moves because of the growth rate of the company. Excellent benefits and perks (free parking, free coffee, subsidized snacks, gym subsidies, RRSP matching, etc).
Cons
It is a big organization, so the bureaucracy is present. Many forms, many processes. OD (that's HR) can be a bit surly to deal with, but I assume it's because they have too few people dealing with too many employees!
Advice to Senior Management
Keep in touch with your employees. So many managers are teleworking or offsite for travel, I wonder if they see what their employees are (or aren't) up to?
