I have been working at RISE

Organisational structure may need some time to get used to

  2.

What they build is remarkable but how they manage people is laughable.

    I worked at RISE

    Pros

The weapons, parts, and machinery all make this a place any outdoorsmen or sportsmen could love. The workers are all down to earth and friendly.

    Cons

Management shares no vision or communication with employees. Worse than military dictatorship (if you know what I mean). Management loves to set rules and enforce them but fails to obey the "high" standards themselves. No integrity from "leadership".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take leadership management and speech communication classes.

  3.

Clients are superb, but management is incompetent and negligent

    I worked at RISE

    Pros

Clients aren't abused and definitely get the care they need, as long as the management cares enough to enforce it.

    Cons

Management delegated almost all job duties to subordinates and makes us do their jobs for them, hired and promoted friends only, no communication between site workers and main office managers, resource management and lack of training occasionally borders on illegal, zero accountability so everyone abuses the system, quality of HR details (paycheck disbursement, etc) is abysmal. Don't ever be on call.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No one is held accountable, so everyone abuses the system. You also need to take a severely close look at your quality control, for your employees and your policies.
