    Interesting

    Trainee (Former Employee)
    Nāgpur, Maharashtra (India)

Pros1) Completely flexible working hours, as expected from a govt. organisation in construction industry.
    2) Good career growth. Test in every 3 years for a promotion. Not to mention, a test for direct promotion to DGM.
    3) Good working environment. No qualms about deadlines and pressure from boss.

Cons1) Poor payment under the grade pay.
    2) Site is often in far away places with no modern luxuries to enjoy.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter training program will be appreciated.
