  1. Decent organization, but can be cut-throat. Not for the faint of heart.

    Pros

    Really good training program, most of the managers are helpful. Entrepreneurial environment, if you are doing well they will let things slide, but if you are not making the numbers look out. If you are motivated and good on the phone, very high earning potential. Very fun working environment, if you're in the right group.

    Cons

    Benefits are stingy, some employees cannot be trusted (commission sales, to be expected), tenancy for micro-management, career progression internally non existent.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate work-life balance, let successful employees work in a manner they see fit. Benefits could be alot better for staff.

    solid training and ongoing training

    Cons

    minimal support, if you are in the wrong department with a weak manager or someone doesn't like
