Pros – You will receive all the training needed to make yourself a very desireable designer for other higher paying companies.
Cons – Promotion is very unlikely unless you are very close friends (or relatives of) the upper management.
Advice to Senior Management – Offering a bonus incentive to the design staff based off of job completion performance and end-of-job budget status would greatly improve employee morale rather than constantly threatening those employees of losing thier jobs if all expectations are not met.

Cons – Management has no direction, pay cuts for all.
Advice to Senior Management – Find a new CEO
