“It's a job”
Current Employee – been working at RLK Hydro full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Field work outside in a beautiful part of the country. Work is interesting and can be challenging since the firm seems to always receive the most challenging projects.
Cons – No growth. Average to below average pay. Limited benefits. Everyone starts out as entry level. The company is very recalcitrant to change and management is dead set on personal favorites as opposed to what is best for business.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more innovative and aggressive in facilitating expansion of the company.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
