I have been working at RML Specialty Hospital full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – work environment is much better
Cons – Salary is not much good
Advice to Senior Management – Improve our salary because we are not fourth class worker.

I worked at RML Specialty Hospital
Pros – rewarding, hands-on patient care, exposure to/opportunity to learn skilled nursing techniques, learn a lot about life...and death, good practice for students and/or those considering nursing, offer tuition reimbursement and support for nursing students, opportunity to work with a group of compassionate individuals
Cons – high pct/nurse:patient ratio, can be stressful, physically/emotionally draining, clique-y, hard work, little pay, must work weekends, a lot of exposure to germs/contagious diseases, working with very, very sick and dying patients (must be comfortable with this),
Advice to Senior Management – Offer more emotional support for employees; remind them-often-that it is available to them should they need it. It's tough out there on the floor!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
